Account Executive - Dallas

A Day in the Life of an Account Executive

As our Account Executive, you will generate revenue by expanding existing customer accounts throughcross-selling, as well as landing new logo accounts. You will be required to:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain sales pipeline size to ensure your target can be met.
  • Execute sales activities necessary for building a pipeline and closing deals.
  • Log sales activities within Salesforce. 
  • Effectively communicate Photomadic’s value proposition to potential customers. 
  • Discover and pursue cross-sell opportunities within customer accounts. 
  • Proactively fill sales pipeline by collaborating with Customer Success Team and Lead Generation Team, networking and prospecting. 

Compensation

Compensation for the Account Executive role is a mixture of base salary and commission. We provide an excellent benefits package (including parking, health + dental and gym reimbursement) and believe in a healthy work/life balance for our employees.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Proven sales experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Salesforce

Sales Development Representative - Dallas

A Day in the Life of an SDR

As our SDR you will be the link between marketing and sales with the goal of creating qualified opportunities.  You will be required to:

  • Identify SQLs and take them through an engagement process with the goal of discovering business opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to identify target accounts for outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Execute phone call meetings and demos to overview Photomadic’s solutions for SQLs.
  • Manage a lead pipeline and meet your monthly quota on converted opportunities.
  • Execute sales activities necessary for building pipeline and converting SQLs to opportunities. 
  • Utilize marketing automation software, HubSpot, to identify warm leads, deliver relevant content, and achieve valuable conversations.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage your pipeline and log your sales activity.
  • Occasionally attend in person meetings with Account Executives.

Compensation

JavaScript Engineer - Austin, TX

A Day in the Life of a JavaScript Engineer

  • As our Javascript Engineer some of your responsibilities will be to:
  • Help architect and build out the infrastructure of our core web-based platform and API
  • Write clean and performant JavaScript code for both the front-end and back-end.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve together.  
  • Experiment with new technologies to rapidly prototype new features.  

What We're Looking For

We are more interested in you as an individual than in evaluating your skills based on a long list of criteria. We believe that writing code is an art, not merely a means to an end. Most important to us is your strong sense of ownership, high attention to detail, and ability to constantly deliver value.

  • Previous experience launching and maintain web-based applications in a production environment
  • Comfortable with Node/Express including a basic understanding of ES6 capabilities in the LTS version of Node without runtime flags
  • Strong experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks – React, Ember, Angular, Vue
  • Experience with component-based application design and state management within these types of applications
  • Familiarity with modern web tooling: ES6, Gulp, Webpack, SASS/LESS, Etc.
  • Ability to estimate accurate timelines and set realistic expectations for work
  • Open source contributions are a huge plus!

Operations Assistant - Dallas

A Day in the Life of an SDR

As an Operations Assistant, you will work directly with our Operations Manager to assist Operations, Customer Success, and Office Management. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee tech calls during events and assist Market Managers to correct issues in timely manner
  • Management of markets and overall success of Customer events
  • On call support for Market Managers
  • Review monthly Market Manager equipment audits
  • Conduct weekly meetings to ensure success of future events and discuss previous issues & successes
  • Ensure proper preparation for events including planning, prepping, and testing equipment prior to event
  • Post event data creation and delivery
  • Handle purchase orders from Market Managers and ship supplies
  • Support testing of products and equipment
  • Managing shipping and receiving of event equipment and supplies

 Requirements

  • Customer service expertise including effective and professional oral and written communication
  • Following process standards and showing strong decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of both Apple and Microsoft products
  • Knowledge of DSLR cameras preferred

Market Manager - LA, Chicago

A Day in the Life of a Market Manager

As the Market Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks involved with event execution and on-site planning. Some responsibilities include:

  • Manage local market:
    • Staff and culture growth
    • Assist with on-boarding, and continued product training and development
    • Event prepping and testing of equipment
    • Monthly product and equipment audits
  • On call market tech support
  • Shipping and receiving of equipment and products
  • Routine maintenance on technology and equipment
  • Weekly operations meeting & communication with event staff
  • Evaluate staff experience with events and determine training needs and improvements needed
  • Complete invoicing process following your event. 
  • Weekly updates on inventory availability and task management

Requirements

  • Reliable, mid-size/full-size vehicle
  • Ability to lift 65 lbs. above your head 
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Some travel required
  • Client-facing, customer service expertise including effective and professional oral and written communication

On-Site Event Rep - Los Angeles

Please note: This is a contract position.

A Day in the Life of an OER 

  • Setup and teardown product & equipment for events - requires you to pick and drop-off of equipment from local storage. 
  • Provide on-site Customer support and product troubleshooting. Flawless execution of Photomadic’s “footprint” and brand. You will serve as the face of Photomadic and on-site point of contact for our Customers and their guests while executing events.
  • Guide the interaction and experience with guests while pushing social media sharing or preferred outlet for our Customers.
  • Work with the Customer Success Team to ensure events are executed in accordance to overall brand and marketing goals provided by our Customer.
  • Clear communication with our Customer at all times during event.
  • You will be in constant communication with the Market Manager & Operations Team during event. Conduct post-event evaluation to success points and if any issues occurred during event.
  • Complete invoicing process following your event. 
  • Paid training and product education.
